We have helped Major League Baseball develop models of their consumer base to determine how to:
- best persuade consumers to attend their games,
- increase their existing engagement with the brand and the sport,
- understand the best predictors for game attendance.
In addition to our work directly for Major League Baseball, we have also worked with individual teams such as the Oakland Athletics and the Pawtucket Red Sox as they considered relocating their stadiums.
We provided in-depth, qualitative research to probe specific and unique issues for each local market. We conducted focus groups to assess team appeal, understand issues and challenges of the individual areas, and answer specific questions to inform strategic decision making.
